WE LIVE IN AN EXPANDING UNIVERSE

                                                                                                            

  وَ السَّمَآءَ  بَنَیۡنٰہَا بِاَیۡىدٍ وَّ اِنَّا لَمُوۡسِعُوۡنَ ﴿۴۷﴾  

 اور آسمان کو ہم نے ہاتھوں سے بنایا (ف۵۱) اور بیشک ہم وسعت دینے والے ہیں (ف۵۲)

[transliteration-en] Waalssamaa banaynaha biaydin wainna lamoosiAAoona

47- With power did We construct heaven. Verily, We are expanding it. 51-The Dispersing, 47

Is the universe infinite? Or is it finite in a steady state? From the very beginning this has been a subject of debate between great minds. Hot debates and ratiocination of all kinds failed to clarify this dilemma. This had once been the subject of philosophical speculations before it yielded its place to the science of physics. Some of the great minds argued that the universe was not a confined space, while others contended that its boundaries were drawn. The Quran describes it as a continuously expanding and dynamic universe. According to this description, the universe has a new aspect every instant that deviates from the concept of an infinite space; its perpetual expansion defies the concept of a confined and steady state universe. Thus, the Quran propounds a third alternative, leaving the heated controversy of thinkers in abeyance.

This may contribute to the formulation of a judgment for the inquiring minds, probing whether the Quran is God’s revelation or not. We have, on the one hand, Muhammad in the desert, neither a philosopher nor a physicist, and, on the other hand, the assumptions of great thinkers and philosophers such as Aristotle, Ptolemy, Giordano Bruno, Galileo Galilei and Isaac Newton, to name but a few. The greatest minds in history, basing their arguments on observations and formulas they had ingeniously devised, claimed either that the universe had its confines or that it was an endless space, but it occurred to none of them to think of a dynamic expanding universe, until the 20th century when Edwin Hubble, by means of a telescope, demonstrated that the universe was expanding. The theory of expansion of the universe was first advanced in the 1920s. Until the descent of the Quran no other source had made such an assertion!

The Smallest Thing

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ

And the disbelievers said, “The Last Day will never come upon us”; proclaim, “Surely yes, why not? By oath of my Lord, it will surely come upon you – the All Knowing of the hidden; nothing is hidden from Him – equal to an atom or less than it or greater – in the heavens or in the earth, but it is in a clear Book.” Al-Quran 34:3

The Smallest Thing 

Many centuries before the onset of Muhammad's prophethood (Peace, Mercy & Blessing of ALLAH be upon him) people who came after him assumed that matter consists of tiny, indestructible, indivisible particles called atoms. The Arabs too, used to deal in the same concept; in fact, the Arabic word dharrah commonly referred to the smallest particle known to man. Now, modern science has discovered that this smallest unit of matter (i.e., the atom, which has all of the same properties as its element) can be split into its component parts. This is a new idea, a development of the last century; yet; interestingly enough, this information had already been documented in the Quran (Surah Saba', 34:3) which states: 

"He [i.e., Allah] is aware of an atom's weight in the heavens and on the earth and even anything smaller than that..."

Undoubtedly, fourteen centuries ago that statement would have looked unusual, even to an Arab. For him, the dharrah was the smallest thing there was. Indeed, this is proof, that the Quran is not outdated.

Three tough questions

Three tough questions

There was a young man who went overseas to study for quite a long time. When he returned, he asked his parents to find him a religious scholar or any expert who could answer his 3 Questions. Finally, his parents were able to find a Muslim scholar.

Young man: Who are you? Can you answer my questions?

Scholar: I am one of Allah (SubHana Wa Ta`ala )'s slaves and Insha-Allah (God willing), I will be able to answer your questions.

Young man: Are you sure? A lot of Professors and experts were not able to answer my questions.

Scholar: I will try my best, with the help of Allah(SubHana Wa Ta`ala).

Young Man: I have 3 questions:

1. Does God exist? If so, show me His shape.

2. What is takdir (fate)?

3. If shaitan (Devil) was created from the fire, why at the end he will be thrown to hell that is also created from fire. It certainly will not hurt him at all, since Shaitan (Devil) and the hell were created from fire. Did God not think of it this far?

Suddenly, the Scholar slapped the young man's face very hard.

Young Man (feeling pain): Why do you get angry at me?

Scholar: I am not angry. The slap is my answer to your three questions.

Young Man: I really don't understand.

Scholar: How do you feel after I slapped you?

Young Man: Of course, I felt the pain.

Scholar: So do you believe that pain exists?

Young Man: Yes.

Scholar: Show me the shape of the pain!

Young Man: I cannot.

Scholar: That is my first answer. All of us feel God's existence without being able to see His shape... Last night, did you dream that you will be slapped by me?

Young Man: No.

Scholar: Did you ever think that you will get a slap from me, today?

Young Man: No.

Scholar: That is takdir (fate)........ My hand that I used to slap you, what is it created from?

Young Man: It is created from flesh.

Scholar: How about your face, what is it created from?

Young Man: Flesh.

Scholar: How do you feel after I slapped you?

Young Man: In pain.

Scholar: Even though Shaitan (Devil) and also the hell were created from the fire, if Allah wants, insha-Allah (God willing), the hell will become a very painful place for Shaitan (Devil).

What was the First Miracle Performed by Jesus (Peace be upon him)????

What was the First Miracle Performed by Jesus (Peace be upon him)????

A girl not found to be a virgin was to be killed (Deuteronomy 22:13-21) according to the Bible, the punishment for adultery is death by stones:

De:22:20: But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

De:22:21: Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

Why then was Mary's (Peace be upon her) life apared by her community for apparently having a child with no apparent father?

Correction: The Reason Mary (Peace be upon her) was left to travel freely, Proudly displaying her infant Jesus (Peace be upon him) being executed is being explained in the Quran. The Holy quran completes the missing puzzles often overlooked, ignored, or deliberately avoided by non-muslims theologians.

Now The Glorious Quran is Giving us a additional peace of information that the bible does not have..:)

• Jesus (Peace be upon him): His First Miracle.
After the questioning and accusations of the Jews , Mary (Peace be upon her) in obedience to her Lord, spoke nothing and pointed to the baby. The crowd was outraged. They proclaimed: 'What kind of an answer is this! You turn to your child in your defense?!' And they were right. Under normal circumstances and in usual situations this is not a proper behavior of a sane person. But the circumstances were not normal, and the situation was far from usual. It is then that the miracle happened.

They said: [019:028] "O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!"

[019:029] But she pointed to the babe. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?(

He (Peace be upon him) The Baby) said:

'I am a slave of Allah [i.e. created by God and belong to Him], He has given me the Scriptures and made me a Prophet; And He has made me blessed wheresoever I be, and enjoined on me Salat (prayer), and Zakat (giving alms to the poor) as long as I live. And dutiful to my mother (i.e. made me kind and good to my mother) and made me not arrogant, unblest. And peace be upon me the day I was born, and the day I shall be raised alive (i.e. on The Day of Judgment and Resurrection)!' "(Quran 19:28-33)

And this was the first miracle of Jesus son of Mary. Only a baby, he talked to the Jews, asserting his subjugation to his Lord, and describing that this miracle - his talking - is a sign from their Lord - a sign of his prophet hood. He told them of the Scriptures to be given to him from God, and told them that he was ordered to pray and be kind to the poor as long as he lived. He told them that he was blessed by God, and was kind and respectful to his great mother, not arrogant. And that peace is upon him the day his was born, and peace will be upon him the day he will be resurrected on The Day of Judgment and Resurrection, when every person is going to be resurrected and Judged by God according to his/her deeds.

If this would not have happen then the Law of De:22:20-21 would have been Applied....:) so you have nothing to refute such a information gived to you, You have no choice left rather accepting the first miracle of the Quran.. he spoke when he was baby in cradle...:)

May ALL Mighty ALLAH Subhan-e-Wa'Tala Guide us, and Open our Brest , and make easy for us to accept the truth! Ameen!!!!!
