O Allah! Shower blessings on Muhammad and his children whenever he is remembered by those who remember him, and shower blessings on Muhammad and family whenever he is not remembered by the negligent, and grant him peace constantly in abundance

The Quran and Space Travel

It might sound amazing, but the Quran does mention space travel! We read the following:

O ye assembly of Jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass! Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (55:33-35)

The Quran challenges BOTH jinn AND men to be able to pass through the zones of the heavens, now one wonders why the Quran would challenge men to be able to do such a thing 1400 years ago when such a thing was not  possible? Obviously the author of the Quran knew there would be a day when men would venture into the heavens, and God makes it clear that they will not do so unless God grants them permission!

So here we have the very reality of space travel, God mentioning it, and God making it clear that it will happen if he gives his permission, and modern day technology has allowed man to venture into the heavens, and God has obviously granted us permission to do so.

Who knows, maybe the prophet Muhammad (May Peace, Mercy  & Blessing of ALLAH be upon him) and the Quraysh used to have some spaceships we never knew about!

And Allah Knows Best!
